Handmade nature
All items are handmade and may show slight variations in shape, size or colour. These are not defects, but part of the charm of handcrafted ceramics.

Made to order
Many pieces are made to order. Production time varies:

• Bones: approx. 2–3 weeks

• Mushrooms & Monk Lamps: approx. 4–6 weeks

Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is unique and often custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully or contact us before ordering.

Shipping
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a notification when your package is shipped. We pack everything with care, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
